Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
Introduction
Whisper Therapy ("we," "our" or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or write to us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website. How we keep clinical records is explained to you in your first session.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone number, your preferred way and time to be reached, and the message you write. Please do not include medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to arrange a call or a session, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, with your written permission, or as described to you in your first session. Service providers that help us run the website and send email handle your message only to do that work.
Cookies and tracking
This website has no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording, and no embedded scheduler. It sets only what it needs to work.
Email and text
Email and text messages are not a private channel. If you would rather not use them, say so in your message and we will phone you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a website message. Write to hello@whispertherapy.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
